Digital Delivery & Refund Policy
Published terms · Effective September 13, 2026. The agreement version accepted at checkout is saved with each order.
Delivery
After Stripe confirms cleared payment, the buyer receives a protected delivery page and an emailed payment receipt. MP3 orders include the MP3 master; WAV and Unlimited orders include WAV and MP3 masters. Bundles include the purchased format for each selected beat and one order-specific agreement record. Fixed-price services include a booking receipt, accepted service terms, and project-start instructions; service work begins after the required client files and project brief are received. Trackouts are not sold until the stems are uploaded and verified. Keep private delivery links secure.
Refund eligibility
Because digital files cannot be returned after access, completed digital purchases are generally final. D-Money Beats will provide a replacement, correction, or appropriate refund for a duplicate charge, an unavailable paid file, a corrupt file that cannot be replaced, or delivery materially different from the order. This policy does not limit any non-waivable legal right. Contact contact@dmoneybeats.com with the order reference.
Service bookings
A fixed-price service booking may be canceled for a full refund before work begins. After work begins, any refund is limited to the unperformed portion unless the confirmed project schedule states otherwise. If submitted files are unusable or the requested scope cannot be covered by the purchased base service, D-Money Beats will offer a written scope adjustment or an appropriate refund before work begins.
Chargebacks and fraud
Contact D-Money Beats first so a delivery or billing issue can be investigated. Fraudulent payments, stolen payment methods, abusive chargebacks, or materially false checkout information may result in canceled access and termination of the related license. A valid refund or payment reversal ends future licensed use unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
Support timing
Support requests are reviewed as promptly as reasonably possible. Do not submit a second payment to correct a delayed webhook, email, or download; use the same order reference for follow-up.
