No automatic sale
Exclusive rights are negotiated for the identified beat and require a separate written agreement signed by both parties. A quote request, discussion, or payment request does not transfer copyright or create exclusivity.
What the final agreement will state
The signed agreement will identify the exact beat and files, price, payment schedule, permitted uses, term, territory, composition and master ownership, writer/publisher shares, royalties, credits, third-party material, warranties, remedies, and whether any copyright interest is transferred.
Existing leases and stems
Valid non-exclusive licenses issued before an exclusive agreement remain in effect unless the final signed agreement expressly and lawfully provides otherwise. Available stems will be listed and verified before payment; no unavailable file is promised.
